Minimum Qualification Requirements: Basic English or regional language literacy; open to working professionals and trainees from non-Hindi-speaking regions.

Course Outline
- Shop-Floor Conversational Basics: Common vocabulary for industrial tools, safety commands, numbers, time, quantities, and polite everyday greetings used on the manufacturing floor.
- Operational Directives & Instructions: Giving and receiving clear instructions regarding machine tasks, shift timing, break schedules, and basic troubleshooting queries.
- Emergency & Safety Communication: Expressing urgent concerns, reporting line stoppages, raising safety alerts, and seeking medical or supervisory assistance in Hindi.
- Social & Community Integration: Basic conversational building blocks for housing, local transit, market interactions, and peer-to-peer camaraderie outside work hours.
